Frequently Asked Questions

Why buy the standard T650A11A as a two-pack?

At $320.91, the two-pack works out to $160.46 per cartridge — $18.47 less than buying two singles separately. Just as important, the second cartridge sits on your shelf as an immediate spare, so a cartridge that runs dry mid-week never turns into an emergency order. For a standard-tier user, it is the simplest way to stop thinking about toner.

How long can the spare cartridge sit in storage?

Kept sealed in its bag, stored flat in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, a toner cartridge keeps well for an extended period. Avoid garages or anywhere with big temperature swings, since heat and humidity are harder on toner than time is. When you need it, just open it, give it a gentle side-to-side rock, and install.

Which printers does this two-pack fit?

Both cartridges are T650A11A units made for this Lexmark platform: T650, T650DN, T650DTN, T650N, T652, T652DN, T652DTN, T652N, T654, T654DN, T654DTN, T654N, T656 and T656DNE. Because both cartridges in the box are identical, the pack also works if you run two different printers from that list. Check the code on your current cartridge if you are unsure which tier you have been using.

What if my print volume grows after I buy this pack?

Nothing locks you in — the H tier for this same platform is longer-lasting, and you can switch to it on your next order without changing anything about your printer. Many offices use the standard tier while volume is moderate and move up only when cartridge changes start feeling too frequent. Use up this pack first; the cartridges will not go to waste either way.

Can I return one cartridge from the pack if I change my mind?

Unused cartridges in their original condition are covered by our one-year free return policy, and every cartridge also carries a one-year warranty against defects. If one unit in the pack misbehaves, reach out and we will replace it or refund it under those terms. Details are posted on our shipping and returns page.

Is the two-pack a better deal than ordering singles twice?

On price alone, yes — you save $18.47 versus two separate single purchases, and you pay for shipping once instead of twice. You also cut the risk of the second order being placed late, which is when printers tend to sit idle waiting for toner. For most standard-tier users, the math and the convenience point the same way.
