Frequently Asked Questions
We run two 1120s side by side — does one two-pack cover both?
Yes, that is one of the best uses for it. Both printers take this same cartridge, so the pack can be split one-and-one, or held centrally and issued to whichever machine runs dry first. There is no pairing or matching to worry about between the two units.
What is the saving compared with buying two singles?
The two-pack costs $217.34 against $235.82 for two separate cartridges, saving you $18.48 and pricing each cartridge at $108.67. Together they are rated for 40,000 pages, bringing the running cost down to roughly 0.54 cents per page. Same toner, less money and one less order to place.
Are these cartridges limited to the 1120 named in the title?
Not at all. The 1120 headlines the listing, but the 12A6835 serves the whole platform: 1120 and 1125. If a third machine from that family joins the office later, your shelf stock already fits it.
What reorder rule works best with a two-pack?
Use the spare as the trigger: the day the second cartridge goes into a printer, place the next order. That keeps one cartridge of buffer in the building at all times without any counting or forecasting. It is a simple system, and for shared legacy printers it prevents nearly every toner emergency.
How should the second cartridge be stored while it waits?
Sealed in its box, lying flat, in a dry cabinet away from radiators and sunny windows. Toner powder is stable, so a stored cartridge will perform like a fresh one even after many months. Writing the purchase date on the box keeps rotation effortless.
How are returns handled on a multi-pack like this?
One cartridge at a time, on its own merits — a fault in one never forces you to return the other. You get a year of warranty cover on each, with free returns during that first year via our shipping and returns page. Questions are answered Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST.
