Frequently Asked Questions

Who actually buys black toner five cartridges at a time?

Offices running an H625cdw or another H825 series machine as a genuine workhorse — front desks, dispatch counters, small warehouses — where black output is constant and a toner outage stops real work. Five 593-BBOW cartridges total 15,000 rated pages, which at 300 black pages a week is close to a year of printing. If your machine prints a few pages a day, this pack is more than you need, and the smaller quantities will serve you better.

What is the real saving against buying singles?

Five cartridges bought one at a time would cost $168.55. This pack is $94.58, so the saving is $73.97 and the per-cartridge price drops to $18.92 — just over half the single price. Spread over the pack's 15,000 pages, black printing works out to about 0.63 cents per page, the lowest rate in this cartridge's own range of pack sizes.

How should five cartridges be stored and rotated?

Keep all five sealed and flat in a cool, dry cabinet, and work through them in delivery order — first in, first out. Toner tolerates shelf time well when it is kept away from heat and humidity, but rotation means no single cartridge sits for the entire life of the pack. Mark the delivery date on the outer box if your supply shelf holds several products.

What happens to our spare stock if the printer is replaced?

That is the honest trade-off of buying five deep: these cartridges are made for the H625 and H825 series, and they will not transfer to an unrelated machine. If a printer change is on your near horizon, buy the smaller pack. If the machine is staying and the volume is real, the per-page saving is the better side of the bargain. Our returns terms, including the one-year window, are on the shipping and returns page.

What warranty covers a pack of this size?

Every cartridge in the box is a compatible unit with our one-year warranty and free returns for a full year, cartridge by cartridge — the fifth unit you install carries the same cover as the first. If you need to talk a problem through, support is staffed Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM Central.

Which depot ships a 5-pack, and how fast does that matter?

Stock is held in Illinois, Pennsylvania, Georgia and California, and the order ships from the warehouse closest to you that has it. For a supply bought this far ahead, the practical point is the opposite of speed: with 15,000 pages on the shelf, delivery timing stops being something your printing depends on. Related supplies for these machines are in the Dell toner range.
