Frequently Asked Questions

How far ahead does this 3-pack plan our black toner supply?

The three 593-BBOW cartridges in this pack are rated at 3,000 pages each, so the pack covers 9,000 pages of black printing for your H625 or H825 series machine. Translated into a calendar: at 200 black pages a week that is about 45 weeks — close to a full year of supply in one order. At a heavier 400 pages a week, plan on roughly five to six months. Either way, reordering becomes an occasional task instead of a recurring errand.

What does the per-cartridge price fall to in the 3-pack?

The pack is $64.14, which is $21.38 per cartridge against $33.71 for a single — a saving of $36.99 versus three cartridges bought individually at $101.13. Per page, black output comes to about 0.71 cents across the pack's 9,000 rated pages, down from about 1.12 cents at the single-cartridge price.

When should we actually reorder, given three cartridges on hand?

A workable rule: reorder when you install the last cartridge from the pack. At that point you still have a full 3,000 rated pages in the machine, which at typical office volumes is weeks of buffer — comfortably more than delivery time. Waiting until the installed cartridge is fading before ordering is what turns a routine supply into an emergency purchase.

Does it matter which of the three cartridges we install first?

Yes — use them in the order they arrived, oldest first. All three are the same 593-BBOW cartridge, so there is no compatibility sorting to do, but rotating stock keeps any one unit from sitting sealed for the whole life of the pack. Keep the waiting cartridges in their bags, flat, in a cool dry place, and take from the front of the shelf each time.

What if one cartridge in the pack turns out to be a problem?

These are compatible cartridges, and each one carries our one-year warranty with free returns for a full year — the cover is per cartridge, not just per order, so a fault in the second or third unit is handled the same as a fault in the first. Support runs Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM Central, and the process is described on our shipping and returns page.

Where will a pack this size ship from?

From the nearest of our four warehouses — Illinois, Pennsylvania, Georgia or California — that holds the stock. The rest of the range for the H625 and H825 machines lives in our Dell toner section if you need to round out an order.
