Frequently Asked Questions

Why buy two of a cartridge that already lasts 10,000 pages?

Continuity. One 593-BBBJ goes into the B2375DNF and the second waits on the shelf, so the day the installed cartridge fades out, the swap takes minutes instead of a delivery wait. On a multifunction that a whole desk depends on for printing and copying, that spare is the difference between a pause and a stoppage — and the pair carries 20,000 rated pages between them.

What does the 2-pack do to the price per cartridge?

It brings each cartridge down to $45.58. Two singles bought separately would cost $109.64; the 2-pack is $91.15, a saving of $18.49, and it pulls the running cost down to about 0.46 cents per rated page from the single's 0.55 cents.

Are both cartridges in the box identical?

Yes. Both are the same 593-BBBJ black cartridge, each rated at up to 10,000 pages. There is no "first" and "second" quality in the box — whichever one you load first, the other is its exact spare.

How should the spare be stored while the first cartridge is in the machine?

Sealed in its box, on a shelf away from direct heat and sunlight. At typical office volumes the spare may wait months before it is needed, and a sealed cartridge on a shelf is exactly what the 1-year cover described below is measured against — keep it in its packaging until the day it goes in.

Who should not buy the 2-pack?

A very light user. If your B2375DNF only prints occasionally, a single 593-BBBJ may serve for well over a year on its own, and tying up the second cartridge's cost in a cupboard buys you little. The 2-pack earns its place where the machine is shared or its downtime would be felt.

What cover applies to the pair?

Both cartridges carry the same cover as a single: a 1-year warranty with 1-year free returns, with support available Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST. The full terms are on our shipping & returns page.
