Frequently Asked Questions

We have been using the standard 069 — what changes if we switch to this?

Three things: capacity, cost per page, and how often you think about toner. The Canon 069H black (5098C001) holds 7,600 pages against the standard Canon 069's (5094C001) 2,100, so swaps become rare events. The price steps from $52.83 to $71.40, but the running cost falls from about 2.52 cents per page to roughly 0.94 cents. Installation on your MF753CDW is the same routine you already know — the cartridge family is the same, only the fill is bigger.

Is the upgrade worth $18.57 more per cartridge?

Run it over one cartridge's life. The extra $18.57 buys about 5,500 additional pages. Those same pages printed on standard cartridges would cost roughly two and a half extra cartridges — well over $130 of spend avoided. Unless your printing is truly minimal, the upgrade pays for itself many times over within the first cartridge.

How will we know the switch was the right call?

By the calendar. Note when you install this 069H; if months pass before the MF753CDW asks for toner again — where the standard Canon 069 (5094C001) needed replacing far sooner — the yield difference is doing exactly what the ratings promise, at under a cent per page.

Is this a genuine Canon cartridge?

No. It is a compatible cartridge built to the Canon 069H (5098C001) specification and sold under our own label. It fits the MF753CDW as the original does and is rated for the same 7,600 pages of black output.

Where does the order ship from?

From whichever of our warehouses — Illinois, Pennsylvania, Georgia or California — is nearest to you, keeping delivery to a few business days for most addresses. Support is available Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST.

What cover comes with the switch?

A 1-year warranty, and free returns within the first year if the cartridge does not perform — so trying the high-yield route carries no real risk. The details live on our shipping and returns page.
