Frequently Asked Questions

Running dry mid-print-job keeps happening to us. How does a pair fix that?

By removing the gap between "empty" and "replaced." With this 2 pack, the moment your LBP632CDW's black gives up, a second Canon 067 black (5102C001) is already in the building — the swap takes minutes and the print run finishes the same day. The emergency reorder, the wait, the stalled documents: all gone. One cartridge works while its twin waits, and you reorder the next pair at leisure when the second one goes in.

And the pair is cheaper than two singles?

Yes. Two separate 5102C001 cartridges at $64.27 each total $128.54; this pack is $110.07, so each cartridge effectively costs $55.04 and you save $18.47. The no-stockout insurance, in other words, pays you rather than costing you.

Confirm the contents for the LBP632CDW.

Two standard-yield Canon 067 black cartridges, part number 5102C001, each rated at 1,350 pages — 2,700 pages across the pair — for the Color imageCLASS LBP632CDW. Colors are not included: the 067 cyan (5101C001), magenta (5100C001) and yellow (5099C001) are separate cartridges, and a high-yield 067H black (5106C001) exists as an alternative for very heavy use.

How should the spare be kept until its turn comes?

Sealed, flat, and in a cool dry place — a supply cupboard is ideal, a hot windowsill is not. Toner cartridges store gracefully because the toner is dry powder; the spare 5102C001 will print exactly as well in its turn as the first cartridge did in its.

Our black always empties long before the colors. Normal?

Completely. Office documents are black-toner work; the color cartridges in an LBP632CDW are used sparingly by comparison, which is precisely why black is sold in pairs like this while most owners buy colors one at a time. Stock the cartridge that runs out, in the quantity it runs out in.

What if one cartridge of the two is faulty?

Each is covered individually by the one-year warranty and one-year free returns described on our shipping and returns page — a faulty first or second cartridge is put right the same way. Support is on hand Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST.

About This 2 Pack

Two compatible Canon 067 black toner cartridges (5102C001) for the Color imageCLASS LBP632CDW, bundled so the printer never waits on a delivery: 2,700 rated pages for $110.07, $55.04 per cartridge and $18.47 saved against two singles. One works, one waits — that is the whole system. Colors, singles and the 067H high-yield option live in the Canon range at Clever Supplies.

Whichever of these machines you run — the MF656CDW, LBP-631C, LBP-632CDW, LBP-633CDW, MF651CW, MF653CDW, MF654CDW, MF655CDW and MF655CW — the cartridge is the same.
