Frequently Asked Questions

What does a 3-pack do for a department's toner budget line?

It makes the line predictable. Three GPR6BK cartridges are 45,000 rated pages, bought in one transaction at one known price — so the cost centre sees a single, plannable figure instead of a scatter of emergency singles across the quarter. At $74.99 the pack works out to $25.00 per cartridge, and the rated per-page cost falls to about 0.17 cents. For a finance review, that is a far easier conversation than explaining three separate rush orders.

How does the saving compare with buying singles as we go?

Three singles bought one at a time would total $111.96; this pack is $74.99, a saving of $36.97. The step from the 2-pack is worth noting too: the third cartridge effectively arrives at the lowest marginal cost yet on the ladder. The pattern on the GPR-6 family is steady — each additional cartridge in the box costs less than the one before — so the pack sizes are really a question of how much stock your volume justifies holding.

How long will 45,000 pages actually last us?

Run your own number: at 3,000 pages a month, around fifteen months; at 5,000 a month, nine months; a genuinely heavy room at 8,000 a month still gets over five months from the pack. Coverage matters — forms and graphics-heavy work consume toner faster than the 5% rating page — so high-coverage departments should plan on the shorter end of those ranges.

Is this the right pack for our copier?

Confirm from the cartridge, not the cupboard: this pack replaces the Canon GPR-6, code GPR6BK, and the outgoing unit's label will say so. If your building also runs machines on the Canon GPR-18, keep the two families clearly separated — they fit different imageRUNNER models and cannot be swapped, pooled or substituted.

What warranty covers the cartridges in this pack?

Every cartridge carries a 1-year warranty and 1-year free returns, set out on our shipping & returns page. A unit that fades early, leaks or streaks is replaced or refunded — the cover applies per cartridge, so a single faulty unit in a pack of three is handled on its own.

How is an order this size delivered, and who supports it?

It ships from the nearest of our four warehouses — Illinois, Pennsylvania, Georgia and California — keeping even a planned bulk restock to a short transit. Questions about delivery, an installed cartridge or whether a larger pack would serve you better are answered by our team Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST.
