Frequently Asked Questions

Who actually goes through 15,200 pages of black toner?

More offices than you'd think. Two 069H cartridges at 7,600 pages each add up to 15,200 pages — at 1,000 pages a month that is well over a year of black printing, and even a department running 3,000 pages a month gets about five months from this one box. This 2-pack suits busy workgroups, front desks, and anyone whose printer sits in a shared space where running out mid-job is not an option.

What does the 2-pack save compared with buying two singles?

Two single 069H cartridges would cost $142.80. This pack is $124.33, so you save $18.47 — each cartridge works out to $62.17 instead of $71.40, and the cost per page drops from about 0.94¢ to roughly 0.82¢. Same cartridges, same 7,600-page rating each; the saving comes purely from buying the pair together.

The printer only holds one cartridge — what does the second one do?

It waits on the shelf as an instant spare, and that is the real point of this pack. Black toner never runs out at a convenient moment; with the second cartridge already in the building, a swap takes two minutes instead of a two-day shipping wait. The spare stays sealed until you need it, so there is no downside to it sitting ready.

Will these cartridges work in my printer?

Both cartridges in this pack are the black Canon 069H high-yield size, made for Canon imageCLASS printers that use the Canon 069H cartridge. Check the label on the cartridge you are replacing or your printer's supply screen for the 069 / 069H designation before ordering — the high-yield version fits the same machines as the standard 069, it simply carries far more toner.

Can we split this pack between two printers?

Yes. Each cartridge is individually sealed, so one can go into the front-office machine today and the other into a second printer down the hall — or stay boxed as the shared spare for both. Splitting the pack does not affect either cartridge's coverage; each one is treated as its own cartridge if you ever need help with it.

How are warranty and returns handled on a 2-pack?

Buying in a pack changes nothing about your coverage: each cartridge carries our 1-year warranty and 1-year free returns, and if one of the two develops a problem it is handled on its own — you do not have to send back the cartridge that is working fine. Full details are on our shipping and returns page, and our support team is available Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST.
