It takes the GPR-35 to its lowest running cost in this range. Five singles would total $293.50; the pack is $219.50 — $43.90 per cartridge, a saving of $74.00 — and across 73,000 pages (14,600 per cartridge) the cost lands at roughly 0.30 cents per page. For a copier fleet measured on annual print spend, that difference is the whole argument for the pack.
Who legitimately needs 73,000 pages of GPR-35 toner?
Departments running several imageRUNNER 2520, 2525 or 2530 machines, or one machine with genuinely heavy shared duty. Five cartridges across three copiers is unremarkable stock; five cartridges for one quiet machine is over-buying, and we would point you to the 3 pack instead. Match the pack to the meter readings, and the economics take care of themselves.
Do the five cartridges fit all three copier models?
Yes. The imageRUNNER 2520, 2525 and 2530 share the Canon GPR-35 cartridge, part number 2785B003AA, so this pack can supply any combination of them from a single shelf location. That shared supply is one of the quiet advantages of this copier family.
How do we avoid the last cartridge aging on the shelf?
Rotation and storage, nothing more: keep boxes sealed, flat, cool and dry; date the first box on arrival; always load the oldest cartridge next. Toner does not expire on a printed schedule, and a cartridge stored like office paper will print to its rating when installed a year later.
What protection does the pack carry?
Per-cartridge protection: a 1-year warranty against defects and 1-year free returns on each cartridge, first or fifth. If one underperforms, the claim is about that cartridge alone. Terms are set out on our shipping and returns page, and our support team is available Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST.
When should we reorder — at the last cartridge or earlier?
Earlier, if the machines are business-critical. A practical rule for a shared fleet: reorder when the second-to-last cartridge goes in, so the shelf never reaches zero while a shipment is in transit. Cartridges ship from our Illinois, Pennsylvania, Georgia or California warehouses, but a buffer of one cartridge is still the cheapest insurance a department can hold.
