Frequently Asked Questions
What cartridge fits the OkiPage 12I?
The OkiPage 12I uses 52109001. Swap in a fresh cartridge when prints fade or the printer reports toner out — it is a quick front-loading swap with no tools.
Are toner and drum separate on the OkiPage 12I?
On the OkiPage 12I, toner and the image drum are independent consumables, so a toner swap does not throw away a working drum. The cartridge codes listed here are toner; the drum is replaced far less often.
How do I replace the toner cartridge in the OkiPage 12I?
Open the front cover, pull the empty cartridge out by its handle and slide the new 52109001 in until it seats. The OkiPage 12I is designed for clean, tool-free swaps that take seconds.
