Frequently Asked Questions
What toner cartridges does the MC560N use?
The MC560N uses four individual toner cartridges — black (43865741), cyan (43865742), magenta (43865743) and yellow (43865744). Each color is replaced on its own when it runs out.
How do I correct color registration on the MC560N?
Run the color registration adjustment from the MC560N's menu — it prints a test pattern and realigns the four LED printheads. If misalignment persists after registration, a nearly-empty cartridge in one color can be the culprit.
What print technology does the MC560N use?
The MC560N is a digital LED printer, not a traditional laser — OKI's single-pass LED printheads lay down all four colors in one pass. That is why color pages come out as fast as black ones.
