Compatible Okidata MB480 Laser Toner Cartridges Black 5 Pack fade-resistant pigment for professional laser documents with lasting impact.
Okidata MB480 Toner cartridge in black color yields approximately 3500 each print. Toner cartridge produces high quality reliable printing in your home or office.
Honestly — who should NOT buy this 5-pack for their MB480?
If your MB480 prints a few pages a week, this pack is more toner than you need — five 43979101 cartridges hold 17,500 pages, which at very low volume could sit on a shelf for years, and a single or smaller pack makes more sense. The 5-pack earns its keep in offices that print daily, where its $12.92 per-cartridge price (against $27.70 singly) genuinely gets used. Buying the right size matters more than buying the biggest discount.
What do regular printers save with this pack?
Five singles cost $138.50; this pack is $64.58, saving $73.92. Each cartridge is rated at 3,500 pages, so the running cost works out to roughly 0.37 cents per page instead of about 0.79 cents — the saving compounds quickly on a machine in daily service.
Is each cartridge in the pack a full standard cartridge?
Yes. There are no short-fill or starter cartridges here — five identical, full 43979101 black cartridges, each rated at 3,500 pages at standard coverage, each individually sealed. The only difference from buying singly is the price you pay per cartridge.
What if a cartridge from the middle of the pack turns out faulty?
Every cartridge is covered by our one-year warranty and one-year free returns, whether it is the first you open or the last. These are compatible cartridges rather than OEM Okidata stock, and the returns policy on our shipping & returns page applies to each one individually.
How do I keep spares in good condition until I need them?
Leave them sealed, store them flat in a cool, dry place away from sunlight and heat, and give each one a gentle side-to-side rock before installing. That is all toner asks for. Under those conditions the later cartridges in the pack will perform like the first.
Where does the pack ship from?
From whichever of our four warehouses — Illinois, Pennsylvania, Georgia or California — is best placed for your address. Questions before or after ordering are handled by our support team, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST. Other pack sizes for the MB480 are listed on our Okidata toner page.
