Xpress M2620
The Xpress M2620 is the base of the D115 branch of Konica Minolta's Samsung-engine mono family — and the branch matters: this machine takes MLT-D115 cartridges, not the similar-looking D116 (the last digits decide: D115L fits M2620/M2820/M2870/M2880; D116L fits the M2625/M2825/M2875/M2885 line). The D115 is a one-piece unit — toner and drum together — in standard D115S or 3,000-page D115L. Our compatible MLT-D115 cartridges keep this 26-ppm MFP inexpensive to run.

Frequently Asked Questions
Should I buy the MLT-D115S or the MLT-D115L for the Xpress M2620?
Both fit the Xpress M2620 identically; the MLT-D115L high-yield cartridge simply holds more toner and costs less per page, while the MLT-D115S standard cartridge costs less upfront. For a mono laser printer with steady volume, the L cartridge means fewer swaps and lower running costs. Light or occasional users do fine with the S — toner does not improve with age, so there is no benefit to buying capacity you will not use within a year or so.
Prints from my Xpress M2620 look faded. Is it the toner or something else?
Rule out settings first: toner-save or draft mode left on makes the Xpress M2620 print pale indefinitely. With normal density, remove the cartridge — MLT-D115S or MLT-D115L — rock it gently side to side to redistribute toner, and reseat it. Even fading across the whole page after that means the cartridge is spent; repeating defects in the same spot suggest a worn drum surface inside the cartridge instead.
The Xpress M2620 does not recognize my new toner cartridge. What fixes it?
Switch the Xpress M2620 off, remove the cartridge, and wipe the chip contacts with a dry lint-free cloth before reinstalling it with a firm push until it clicks. A cartridge exposed to heat or cold in shipping can misread until it reaches room temperature. If a third-party cartridge is repeatedly rejected, the printer firmware is likely refusing its chip, and a genuine MLT-D115 cartridge is the dependable alternative.
