Xpress M2020W/XAA
The Xpress M2020W/XAA is the channel-specific variant of the wireless entry MFP — same M2020W machine, same one-piece MLT-D111S cartridge (~1,000 pages), sold through particular retail channels. Variant suffixes never change the consumable: our compatible MLT-D111S fits the XAA exactly as it fits the standard M2020W.

Frequently Asked Questions
The Xpress M2020W/XAA came with a toner cartridge in the box. How soon will I need a replacement?
The in-box cartridge is a reduced-fill starter, so it empties noticeably sooner than a full retail MLT-D111S. On the Xpress M2020W/XAA, a wireless mono laser printer (XAA regional variant, same MLT-D111S toner), the first replacement is when running costs normalize — the retail cartridge carries the full standard fill. If the starter seems to die quickly on dense documents, that is expected: starter yields assume light 5%-coverage pages.
Prints from my Xpress M2020W/XAA are coming out light gray instead of black. What is wrong?
Light prints on the Xpress M2020W/XAA are usually toner-save mode left on or a cartridge running low, not a broken printer. Turn off economy mode in the driver, then remove the MLT-D111S, rock it gently side to side to redistribute the remaining powder, and reseat it. If full-density prints are still gray afterward, the cartridge is genuinely spent — or, less commonly, the drum inside the all-in-one cartridge is worn.
How do I make one MLT-D111S last as long as possible in the Xpress M2020W/XAA?
Set toner-save or draft as the default for everyday printing on the Xpress M2020W/XAA, and use the multiple-pages-per-sheet driver option for reference documents — two or four pages per sheet slashes toner use. Reserve full density for final copies. When the printer reports low, a gentle side-to-side shake of the MLT-D111S redistributes powder and typically yields extra pages before replacement.
