Xpress M2020
The Xpress M2020 is where Konica Minolta's rebadged Samsung mono line starts: a compact four-function MFP (print, copy, scan, fax) for the lightest office duty. It runs a single consumable — the one-piece MLT-D111S toner cartridge rated around 1,000 pages, drum included. Our compatible MLT-D111S cartridges are the budget-friendly way to keep this entry machine printing.

Frequently Asked Questions
The Xpress M2020 came with a toner cartridge in the box. How soon will I need a replacement?
The in-box cartridge is a reduced-fill starter, so it empties noticeably sooner than a full retail MLT-D111S. On the Xpress M2020, a basic mono laser printer, the first replacement is when running costs normalize — the retail cartridge carries the full standard fill. If the starter seems to die quickly on dense documents, that is expected: starter yields assume light 5%-coverage pages.
Prints from my Xpress M2020 are coming out light gray instead of black. What is wrong?
Light prints on the Xpress M2020 are usually toner-save mode left on or a cartridge running low, not a broken printer. Turn off economy mode in the driver, then remove the MLT-D111S, rock it gently side to side to redistribute the remaining powder, and reseat it. If full-density prints are still gray afterward, the cartridge is genuinely spent — or, less commonly, the drum inside the all-in-one cartridge is worn.
My Xpress M2020 says the toner cartridge is not compatible. How do I clear the error?
Power off the Xpress M2020, remove the MLT-D111S, and wipe the chip contacts with a dry lint-free cloth before reinstalling it firmly. Let a cold or heat-soaked cartridge reach room temperature first, since temperature extremes cause misreads. If a compatible cartridge keeps getting rejected, the printer firmware may be blocking that chip — a genuine MLT-D111S is the reliable fallback.
