ProXpress M4020ND

Networked and duplexing, the ProXpress M4020ND is the M4020 set up as a shared departmental resource from day one. Shared high-speed printers concentrate a whole floor's pages onto one cartridge, making the 15,000-page MLT-D203U less a luxury than a requirement. Our compatible D203U — along with the S, L and E yields — keeps that concentrated volume affordable.

Frequently Asked Questions

Our M4020ND and M4020 share a supply closet - one toner type or two?

One - both models take the identical MLT-D203S/L/E/U cartridges. Stock whichever size fits your combined volume and it serves both printers.

Our M4020ND prints thousands of pages monthly - is the U worth it?

At that volume, absolutely. The MLT-D203U minimizes changeovers and delivers the lowest cost per page of the four sizes. Keep one spare U on the shelf and you will rarely think about toner.

How do I avoid ordering the wrong MLT-D203 size for the M4020ND?

The size letter is the last character: S, L, E or U. When reordering, check the label on the installed cartridge or the printer's status page, and match that letter - everything before it (MLT-D203) is identical.
