BizHub C3850
The BizHub C3850 scales the TNP-48 compact color line up for heavier use — same TNP-48K/C/M/Y cartridges as the C3350, more engine behind them. Heavier use of a compact machine is the scenario where compatible toner earns its keep fastest. Our TNP-48 cartridges fit the C3850.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does the BizHub C3850 use the same TNP-48 as the smaller C3350?
Yes, both models run on the TNP-48 CMYK family. The shared cartridges simplify stocking if your office runs the two side by side.
Is the BizHub C3850 overkill for a ten-person office's toner budget?
The C3850 is built for higher volumes, but its toner cost per page is reasonable; the real question is whether you will use its speed. A low-volume office will simply replace TNP-48 cartridges infrequently.
Why does the C3850 report a new TNP-48 as low immediately?
An instant low reading on a fresh cartridge usually means the seal was not fully removed or the cartridge is not fully seated. Reseat it with a firm push; if the reading persists, the cartridge chip may be faulty.
