We have several HP printers in our department that use this product. While it would be nice if we could get more mileage out of the toner cartridge we have found that we get the absolute BEST performance from the printers when we use the OEM cartridges. T

On the very first set of color prints just graphics not even photos I'm seeing lines. Also the image is faded when compared to another printer which used to be of lesser quality than the HP.

Haven't had any problems with this...I have printed many pages so far. Shipped on time. Was worried that the toner would damage the printer but that hasn't been the case.

Seems to be good so far. I've had lots of refilled cartridges that have not worked well and have brought 2 of these now with no problems.
