Frequently Asked Questions

What arrives in the six-color set?

Six color cartridges drawn from the three color codes of the HP 826A series — CF311A cyan, CF312A yellow and CF313A magenta — for the Color LaserJet M855dn family and the M855 line. The listing does not fix how the six split among the three colors, so check the count of each code on the carton labels when the box lands, before it goes on the shelf.

Why stock color six cartridges deep?

Color-driven sites burn through channels unevenly and fast: a campaign month of brochures can drain one color in weeks. Six deep means the shelf absorbs the spike, the campaign ships on time, and nobody is expediting a single cartridge at the worst possible moment.

Is black included anywhere in this set?

No — this is a color-only set, and that is by design. The black cartridge for these printers is a separate purchase with its own consumption rhythm. If your black gauge is also low, order it alongside; nothing in this box covers the black slot.

What yield does each cartridge deliver?

Whichever color it is, each cartridge is rated at 31,500 pages at standard coverage. Treat that as the yardstick for comparing channels: if one color consistently dies at half the life of the others, the work itself — not the cartridge — is telling you where your coverage goes.

How do I organise six color cartridges on a shelf?

Bin or label by part number, not by the color word alone — CF311A, CF312A and CF313A cartons look near-identical at arm's length. Date each carton on arrival, pull oldest first, and keep the running count of each code on the shelf edge so the next order writes itself.

What warranty and returns apply?

Every cartridge in the set is covered by a 1-year warranty and 1-year free returns, set out in our shipping and returns policy. We dispatch from warehouses in Illinois, Pennsylvania, Georgia and California, support runs Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST, and the six-color set is priced at $817.79.

About This Six-Color Set

This is the stocking depth of a graphics-led M855 site: a marketing or print-production machine whose calendar is campaigns, not memos. At $817.79, the set buys a full season of color headroom.

Confirm the per-color split from the labels when it arrives, shelve by code, and the color side of the printer effectively manages itself.
