Frequently Asked Questions

When should we reorder for our C7025 — at the first low warning?

The first warning is the right moment to have this set already on site, not the moment to start shopping. Black 106R03741 is rated at 16,100 pages and the colors — cyan 106R03744, magenta 106R03743, yellow 106R03742 — at 9,800 pages each, so a mid-size team's machine gives fair notice before anything actually stops. Keeping one full set in the cupboard converts every warning from an urgent order into a routine swap.

Our team copies as much as it prints. Does the set care?

No. Copies and prints drink from the same four cartridges, so the set serves a copy-heavy C7025 exactly as it serves a print-heavy one — the mix only changes how quickly each position is drawn down. Text copying leans on black; color copying spreads the load across all four. Either way, these are the part numbers the machine asks for.

Can different positions be changed weeks apart?

Yes — each cartridge is sealed and independent. Offices commonly change black on its own cycle, since document work empties it on a different rhythm from the colors, then refresh the color trio when they converge. The set supports both habits: one box, drawn on as the gauges dictate.

Which machines is this set made for?

The Versalink C7025 in the title, and equally the Versalink C7020 and Versalink C7030, which share the same toner platform.

How do we keep the box in good shape while it waits?

Sealed, flat, indoors — a storeroom shelf away from sunlight, radiators and damp. Do not peel a cartridge open ahead of fitting it; the wrapper keeps the toner protected during storage. Treated that way the set can sit through a quarter's worth of printing and still be ready the day the panel calls for it.

What cover does the set come with?

A 1-year warranty and 1-year free returns, detailed on our shipping and returns page. Orders are dispatched from warehouses in IL, PA, GA and CA, our team is reachable Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST, and the complete Xerox range is listed on the brand page.

About This Xerox VersaLink C7025 4 Color Set

This $348.08 set holds the C7025's complete toner refill: black 106R03741 rated at 16,100 pages, and cyan 106R03744, magenta 106R03743 and yellow 106R03742 at 9,800 pages each. For a mid-size workgroup it works best as the machine's standing reserve — bought before the warnings start, fitted position by position as copying and printing draw the gauges down, and replaced in the cupboard by the next set as soon as the last cartridge goes in.
