Frequently Asked Questions
Our 3325 works hard all week — how far do three cartridges go?
Three 106R02313 cartridges hold up to 33,000 pages. A shared 3325 printing 2,000 pages a month is covered for well over a year; at 3,000 pages a month you still get about eleven months. For a machine that never really rests, this pack turns toner into a once-a-year decision.
What does the 3-pack do to my per-cartridge cost?
It brings it down to $50.07, from $62.39 for a single — the box is $150.20, and the toner cost per page works out to roughly 0.46 cents. On a high-volume shared printer, that per-page difference is the one that compounds across a year of printing.
Can the box serve more than one machine?
Yes. The 106R02313 is the one high-yield black shared by the whole WorkCentre 3315/3325 series — the WorkCentre 3315dn among them — so an office running a 3325 beside a 3315 model stocks a single cartridge type and draws from the same box for both.
How do I keep a three-deep stock rotating properly?
Oldest first, always. Keep the cartridges sealed and flat at room temperature, and if your office is the organised kind, a pencil date on each box as it arrives makes the rotation foolproof. Fit one only when the machine asks for it.
Is this the same cartridge as the code-named 106R02313 3-pack?
The very same — same cartridge, same $150.20 price, listed here under the printer's name instead of the part number. Offices tend to search by the machine on the desk; parts buyers search by the code. Both listings deliver the identical box.
What cover comes with the pack?
A 1-year warranty on every cartridge, with free returns for a full year, as explained on our shipping and returns page. Orders ship from warehouses in IL, PA, GA and CA, support is available Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST, and the rest of the range sits on our Xerox toner page.
