Frequently Asked Questions
Why does this listing say "Cartridges" when it ships one?
Plain answer: the plural is just the naming style of the model-named listings. This page sells one cartridge — a single 106R02313 at $62.39. If you want more than one in the box, the 2, 3, 5 and 10 packs are separate listings with their own prices; nothing here is a multi-pack in disguise.
I run a WorkCentre 3325 — is this the cartridge it takes?
Yes. The 106R02313 is the high-yield black cartridge for the WorkCentre 3315/3325 series, and this listing is simply the model-named route to it — buyers who think in printer models rather than part numbers land here. Its close relative the WorkCentre 3315dn takes the same cartridge.
What does 11,000 pages mean for a printer on my desk?
At a typical small-office pace of 500 to 1,000 pages a month, one cartridge lasts roughly one to two years. Even a 3325 working through 2,000 pages a month gets about five to six months from a single fill. Toner stops being a recurring worry at this yield.
What is the toner cost per page?
Around 0.57 cents. At $62.39 for up to 11,000 pages, the high-yield fill is what keeps the number there — a standard-capacity cartridge for this platform would need replacing far sooner and would push the per-page figure up with it.
Is this the same cartridge as the one sold under the 106R02313 number?
Identical — same cartridge, same $62.39 price. The store lists it two ways because buyers search two ways: some by the printer on their desk, some by the number on the cartridge they just pulled out. Either route ends at the same box on your shelf.
What cover comes with it?
A 1-year warranty with free returns for a full year, as detailed on our shipping and returns page. Orders ship from warehouses in IL, PA, GA and CA, support answers Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST, and the rest of the family — including the packs — is on our Xerox toner page.
