Frequently Asked Questions

What does toner cost per page in this 5-pack?

About 0.26 cents. The pack is $142.81 for five 106R02307 cartridges — roughly $28.56 each — covering up to 55,000 pages. Against the single-cartridge figure of around 0.39 cents per page, the pack trims a third off the running cost of the printer.

How much do I save versus five single orders?

Five singles total $216.80, so the pack saves $73.99 — nearly the price of two extra cartridges at the single rate. That gap is why steady-volume offices rarely buy this platform's toner one unit at a time once they have run the numbers.

Which printers can use the cartridges in this box?

The whole platform named across this listing family: Phaser 3320, Phaser 3320DN and Phaser 3320DNI, plus the WorkCentre 3325 and WorkCentre 3325DNI. One box can therefore serve a printer and a multifunction unit side by side.

Is five cartridges too many for one machine?

Only if your volume is very light. A single machine printing 1,000 pages a month would take over four years to finish the box — in that case the 3-pack fits better. At 3,000-plus pages a month, five cartridges is roughly a year and a half, which is a comfortable stocking horizon.

When is the right moment to reorder this pack?

When you install the fifth cartridge. You then have up to 11,000 pages still in the machine — weeks or months of runway — so the next box can be ordered calmly, at standard shipping, long before the shelf is actually bare.

What terms cover a purchase of this size?

The same friendly ones: one-year warranty and one-year free returns on every cartridge, as laid out on our shipping and returns page. Shipments leave IL, PA, GA and CA warehouses, support is available Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST, and the wider catalog is on our Xerox toner page.
