Frequently Asked Questions
What exactly is inside this ProXpress C3010DW four-colour set?
Four CLT-503L cartridges matched to the machine: a CLT-K503L black rated at 8,000 pages, and the CLT-C503L cyan, CLT-M503L magenta and CLT-Y503L yellow, each rated at 5,000 pages. One $462.55 box therefore restocks every slot in the C3010DW at once.
How long should one set last on a shared office C3010DW?
The ratings total 23,000 pages across the four cartridges. A workgroup printing a few thousand pages a month will typically go the better part of a year between full set changes, with the black — carrying the largest rating — usually setting the pace and the colours following behind it.
Our colour prints have gone pale — will a fresh set put that right?
If the fading is even across the page and the machine has been reporting low toner, then yes, pale output is the classic signature of cartridges nearing the end of their rated life, and a fresh set restores full density. Sharp streaks or repeating marks point elsewhere — but for general washed-out colour, toner is the first and usually the correct suspect.
Must all four cartridges be replaced together when one colour fades?
No — replace whichever cartridge the C3010DW reports as low and leave the others working. The four live separate lives, so the set can be bought whole for the price and then consumed one cartridge at a time over the following months.
Which machines is this set made for?
It is built for the ProXpress C3010DW named in this listing, and the same CLT-503L family serves the other ProXpress models in that range — the cartridge codes, CLT-K503L through CLT-Y503L, are the definitive check against the set you are removing.
What cover do we get with a set at this price?
Each cartridge is a Clever Supplies compatible backed by a 1-year warranty, with returns free of charge for the first year. You can read the full terms on our shipping & returns page; questions are answered Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST.
