Frequently Asked Questions
What does the yellow cartridge actually do in a CX2032?
More than its pale color suggests: yellow completes greens, warms skin tones, and builds every orange and gold the machine prints. When this 43324474 runs low, the CX2032's output turns cold and its greens slide toward blue.
Is 43324474 the right part number for the CX2032's yellow slot?
Yes — this listing is the CX2032's yellow, part number 43324474. The set around it is 43324475 for magenta and 43324476 for cyan.
How many pages is it rated for?
5,000 pages. At $44.30 that is roughly 0.89 cents per page for yellow, which makes it the cheapest of the three colors in this family to run.
Do all three colors need replacing together on the CX2032?
No. Each color is its own cartridge and empties on its own schedule. Replace the yellow when the yellow is done and leave healthy cyan and magenta cartridges in place.
What protection covers this compatible cartridge?
A 1-year warranty and 1-year free returns, with the policy spelled out on our shipping & returns page.
How fast can I get one?
We ship from four warehouses — Illinois, Pennsylvania, Georgia and California — and send from the closest. Our support team is around Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST if you need anything checked first.
