Frequently Asked Questions
My CX2032 prints faces that look green — what causes that?
A shortage of magenta. Skin tones are built mostly from magenta and yellow, so when the magenta (43324475) empties, faces and warm colors pick up a green-gray cast while blues and text still look fine. This cartridge is the correction.
Which part number belongs in the CX2032's magenta slot?
43324475 — the number this listing is built around. Around it, the CX2032's color set runs 43324474 yellow and 43324476 cyan.
What is the page rating, and what does it cost to run?
Rated at 5,000 pages and priced at $45.70, the magenta works out to roughly 0.91 cents per page. For an MFP that scans and copies in color all day, that is a small running cost for keeping copies presentable.
Should I replace magenta as soon as the machine warns me?
The warning comes with reserve toner left, so you can finish the day — but treat it as the order signal. Fading gets visibly worse across the last stretch of a cartridge's life.
What stands behind this compatible cartridge?
A 1-year warranty plus 1-year free returns, published in full on our shipping & returns page.
Where will the cartridge ship from?
From whichever of our Illinois, Pennsylvania, Georgia or California warehouses is nearest you. Support hours are Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM CST for any question about the 43324475.
