Frequently Asked Questions

How long will one cartridge keep a B420 printing?

A long time. This is the extra high yield 43979215 cartridge, rated at up to 12,000 pages, so a B420 running a few hundred pages a week can go many months before the next swap. The listing price is $26.58 for the single cartridge.

Why does the B420 listing carry the number 43979215?

Because that is the part number of the cartridge itself. Printer-named listings like this one and part-number listings describe the same physical 43979215 cartridge — the number in the name is your cross-check that the B420 listing and the cartridge in your hand are one and the same.

What is my cost per page in the B420?

At $26.58 spread over a rated 12,000 pages, you land at about 0.22 cents per page for black output. That figure assumes standard test-page coverage, so dense, ink-heavy documents will use toner faster than light memos.

Is this cartridge made by Oki?

No. It is a Clever Supplies compatible cartridge produced to the 43979215 specification for machines like the B420. It is not genuine Oki toner, and the price reflects that difference.

What happens if it arrives damaged or prints poorly?

You are covered for a year: the cartridge carries a 1-year warranty, and returns are free within that same year. The process is spelled out on the shipping & returns page.

How fast is delivery, and can I reach a person?

We dispatch from warehouses in Illinois, Pennsylvania, Georgia and California, so your cartridge travels from the site nearest you. A real person answers support questions on weekdays, 9 AM to 5 PM Central time.
