• What is in this set of 5?

  The box holds: 7FP21TN (160 pages), 7FP20TN (120 pages). Each cartridge is individually sealed.

• Which printers does this set fit?

  The set fits ENVY 6110e, ENVY 6152, ENVY 6152e, ENVY 6155 and 9 more. The complete verified list is in the Compatible Printers section on this page.

• Black or tri-color — do I need both?

  The printer needs both slots filled to print. The black cartridge prints text; the tri-color holds cyan, magenta and yellow in one body — when one colour runs out, the tri-color cartridge is replaced as a unit.

• Do these cartridges include the printhead?

  Yes — on this family the printhead is part of the cartridge, so every cartridge in the set brings a fresh printhead with it.

• Does every cartridge in the set carry a chip?

  Yes. Every cartridge in the set carries a new compatible chip that reports its own ink level to the printer.

• Does the set work out cheaper than buying singles?

  Yes — the set is priced below the same cartridges bought one by one, and one box restocks every slot at once. Check the per-cartridge yields above against your usage.

• Will this work if my printer uses HP+?

  if your printer was set up with HP+, it accepts original HP cartridges only — that lock is part of the HP+ program and applies to every non-original cartridge, ours included. On printers that are not HP+-locked, these cartridges install and print as normal.

• Do I have to install the whole set at once?

  Yes. Open and install only the colour the printer asks for, and keep the rest sealed — they store fine for when their turn comes.

• Will this work if my printer uses HP+?

  if your printer was set up with HP+, it accepts original HP cartridges only — that lock is part of the HP+ program and applies to every non-original cartridge, ours included. On printers that are not HP+-locked, these cartridges install and print as normal.

• The printer is showing a warning after I installed it — what now?

  Acknowledge the message, reseat the cartridge until it clicks and restart the printer. Most warnings are a one-time notice that a non-original cartridge was fitted. This family runs HP dynamic security: the printer checks the cartridge chip, and HP firmware updates can change what is accepted. Our cartridges carry a new compatible chip built for these models; if a future HP firmware update ever blocks a cartridge, the lifetime warranty covers you — contact us and we will put it right.

• Is this a genuine HP set?

  No. It is a Clever Supplies compatible set built to the original HP specifications and covered by our lifetime warranty. It is not manufactured by HP.

• What happens if a single cartridge from the set fails?

  Contact us with the colour and the problem — the lifetime warranty covers each cartridge in the set individually, so a single faulty cartridge is replaced on its own.
