Frequently Asked Questions

Who actually uses up 75,000 pages of GPR-6 toner?

Facilities teams keeping a fleet of older ImageRunner copiers in service. The 2200, 2800 and 3300 generation is still running in plenty of schools, warehouses and back offices, and a site with three or four of them can burn through five cartridges faster than a single-machine office burns through one. If you manage supplies for several of these machines from one closet, this pack is sized for you.

What does the 5 pack do to the numbers?

Five singles would cost $186.60. This pack is $112.65 — $22.53 per cartridge, a saving of $73.95 — and across 75,000 total pages the toner cost lands at roughly 0.15 cents per page, the lowest figure in the GPR-6 family. For a shared copier doing thousands of pages a month, that difference compounds quietly across a year.

Does one pack really cover three different copier models?

It does. The ImageRunner 2200, ImageRunner 2800 and ImageRunner 3300 all take the same Canon GPR-6 cartridge, part number 6647A003AA. A mixed fleet standardizes on a single box: whoever restocks the closet never has to ask which machine the spare belongs to.

How do we store five cartridges without shortening their life?

Keep them sealed in their bags, stacked flat in a cool, dry cabinet — not on top of the copier, not beside a radiator or a sunny window. Load them in arrival order and mark the delivery month on the outer box. Stored that way, the fifth cartridge prints like the first when its turn comes.

When should we reorder?

A workable rule for this pack: place the next order when you open the fourth cartridge. That leaves one full 15,000-page cartridge as your buffer, which at typical departmental volumes is weeks of cover — plenty of time for a delivery from the nearest of our warehouses in Illinois, Pennsylvania, Georgia or California.

What if a cartridge fails months after the pack arrived?

Each cartridge carries its own 1-year warranty and 1-year free returns, independent of its box-mates. The details are on our shipping and returns page, and our team is reachable Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST — having your copier model and the part number 6647A003AA to hand makes the call short.
