Frequently Asked Questions

This listing says "Premium Quality" — and it costs exactly the same $112.65 as the standard 5 pack. What is the difference?

On every published number, there isn't one, and we would rather say so than dress it up. Both listings are five compatible Canon GPR-6 cartridges, part number 6647A003AA, each rated at 15,000 pages, at $22.53 per cartridge, under the same 1-year warranty and 1-year free returns. "Premium Quality" is the listing's name, not a separate specification — judge the two by their numbers, because the numbers are identical.

So which 5 pack should go in the cart?

Either. The toner cost works out the same both ways: $112.65 for 75,000 total pages, roughly 0.15 cents per page, against $186.60 for five cartridges bought one at a time. If one listing shows better availability when you order, that is as good a reason as any to pick it.

Which copiers draw from this pack?

The Canon ImageRunner 2200, ImageRunner 2800 and ImageRunner 3300 — the departmental generation that shares the GPR-6 cartridge. One box on the shelf serves any of the three, which is why fleets of these older machines standardize on this pack size.

Does buying this listing change delivery or cover?

No. It ships from the same four US warehouses — Illinois, Pennsylvania, Georgia and California — and every cartridge carries the same 1-year warranty and 1-year free returns as the standard listing. The full policy is on our shipping and returns page.

How should five cartridges be kept and rotated?

Sealed, flat, cool and dry, used in arrival order. Mark the month on the outer box when the pack arrives and work through it oldest first. Heat and humidity are what age a stored cartridge; a closed cabinet away from windows and vents keeps the last cartridge as ready as the first.

What if one cartridge prints badly?

It goes back on its own cover — a weak cartridge does not affect the warranty standing of the other four. Our support team is available Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST if you want to talk through the symptoms first; a cartridge that fades on one side, for instance, often just needs removing and rocking gently level to redistribute the toner.
