"Premium Quality" is part of this listing's name, not a specification the standard set lacks, and we would rather tell you that than let a label do persuading the numbers do not support.
Is a full spare set overkill for a single office machine?
It depends on how the office reacts when printing stops. On the imageCLASS MF9150C–MF9280CDN family, toner cycles are 6,000 pages — shorter than copier-class cartridges — so a busy office meets a low-toner warning several times a year. If an idle machine means idle staff, one full set in the cupboard is cheap insurance. How do we know when to reorder?

Ordered at the first warning, a replacement arrives with weeks of printing still in hand.
Will fitting the four together settle our inconsistent color?

Keep the cartridges sealed in their packaging, flat, and away from windows and heaters; date the box when it arrives so the oldest stock is used first. Office cupboards run warm near radiators and toner prefers the opposite. That, and resisting the urge to open a cartridge "just to look," is all the storage discipline a set needs.
