This item fulfills the need of a new drum for our printer at a reasonable price. Most drums from the printer manufacturers cost as much as a new printer. This item cost much less and fills the need. I will also definitely be buying from this supplier agai

So far I am very happy with it.It fits perfectly and the printouts are clean and crisp. And its no noisier than the original one. I do hope it has a reasonably long life too but if it only lasts half as long it's still a good value.
