Frequently Asked Questions

How does rotation work with a five pack?

Simply: cartridge one goes in the WorkCentre 3325, cartridges two to five wait in their boxes. Each is a standard 106R02311 rated at up to 5,000 pages, so the pack is 25,000 pages of rotation for $127.56.

What does the pack bring the cost per page down to?

About 0.51 cents per page, down from roughly 0.81 cents buying singles — about $25.51 per cartridge instead of $40.31.

What is the total saving over buying one at a time?

$73.99: five singles total $201.55 against $127.56 for the pack. And if you ever need a lone top-up, the 106R02311 single cartridge is still sold separately.

Which other machines can use cartridges from this pack?

All the 3315/3325 platform models on the 106R02311: the WorkCentre 3315dn, WorkCentre 3315, WorkCentre 3325DN and 3325DNI, and the Phaser-badged 3315 and 3325 listings.

How long might the pack last a 3325?

At 1,000 pages a month, about 25 months; at 2,000 a month, just over a year. Multiply your monthly reams by 500 pages to place yourself on that scale.

What cover do I get on all five?

A 1-year warranty on every cartridge and free returns for a year, as set out on our shipping and returns page — the same protection as a single purchase, five times over.
