Frequently Asked Questions

We took over this printer with the office. How do we confirm this is the right set before ordering?

Open the supplies status on the printer and read the four part numbers it reports, then compare them with what is in this carton: black 106R01147, cyan 106R01144, magenta 106R01145 and yellow 106R01146. The numbers are printed on the cartridge labels as well, so a quick look inside the front cover settles it. If all four match, this high-yield set is the refill your machine is asking for.

All four cartridges are rated at 10,000 pages — is that a misprint?

No. On this cartridge line the colors genuinely carry the same rating as the black: 10,000 pages from the black 106R01147 and 10,000 pages each from cyan, magenta and yellow, all at standard page coverage. Most cartridge families rate the colors lower, so the flat line-up surprises people, but it is how this series is specified. A text-heavy office will still drain the black first in practice, because coverage per page is what turns a rating into real life.

What exactly arrives in the box for $158.54?

Four sealed toner cartridges — one black, one cyan, one magenta and one yellow — and nothing else. Drums, waste containers and other wear parts are separate supplies with their own numbers, so if the printer is also calling for one of those, it needs its own order line rather than being expected inside this set.

Yellow is showing low but the other colors look fine. Do we swap the whole set?

No. Each cartridge sits in its own slot as its own sealed unit, so you pull the spent yellow and slide in the fresh one while the remaining three stay exactly where they are. Keeping a full set on the shelf simply means the replacement is already in the building when a channel runs out, not that all four get changed together.

How does shipping work, and how quickly will the set reach us?

Orders ship from whichever of our warehouses in IL, PA, GA or CA is closest to your address, and the delivery windows and carrier details are set out on our shipping and returns page. Offices that cannot afford a silent printer usually keep one sealed set in reserve so a low-toner warning never becomes an emergency purchase.

What protection do we have if a cartridge turns out to be faulty?

Every cartridge in the set is covered by a 1-year warranty together with 1-year free returns, so a defective unit goes back for a replacement or a refund instead of an argument. Our support team answers Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST, and the full Xerox range is on the brand page if other machines in the office need supplies too.

About This Phaser 6350 High-Yield Four-Color Toner Set

The Phaser 6350 is the sort of color laser that quietly becomes the backbone of a small office — invoices and letters all morning, the occasional full-color handout in between. This set is built for that rhythm: 10,000 pages from the black cartridge and 10,000 from each color, so supply runs are rare and predictable. Check the four part numbers on your supplies screen, order the set at $158.54, and the printer goes back to being invisible infrastructure.
