Frequently Asked Questions

What does 'Premium Quality' add here — and what does it cost?

The straight answer: it costs nothing extra. This five-cartridge pack is $127.56, exactly the same price as the standard 106R02311 5 Pack, with the same five cartridges, the same 5,000-page rating per cartridge and the same warranty. We are not going to invent a difference the price does not support — the Premium Quality label on this listing is yours for the same money.

How many pages does the pack hold in total?

Five cartridges at up to 5,000 pages each add up to 25,000 rated pages — fifty reams of paper — before you need to think about toner again.

What is the per-cartridge and per-page math?

The pack works out to about $25.51 per cartridge and roughly 0.51 cents per page, against $40.31 and about 0.81 cents a page buying one cartridge at a time.

How does it compare with buying singles?

Five singles would cost $201.55, so the pack saves $73.99. If you only need one cartridge right now, the 106R02311 single cartridge stays available at $40.31 — the saving is in the quantity, not in a different cartridge.

Which printers do these cartridges fit?

The WorkCentre 3315 and 3325 family: the WorkCentre 3315dn, WorkCentre 3315, WorkCentre 3325, WorkCentre 3325DN and WorkCentre 3325DNI, plus the Phaser-badged 3315 and 3325 listings on the same platform.

What warranty and returns come with it?

A 1-year warranty on every cartridge and free returns for a full year, as detailed on our shipping and returns page. Questions are answered by a person, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST.
