Products and pricing — We work to keep product information, compatibility details, and prices accurate, but errors can occur. If a pricing or description error affects your order, we will contact you before shipping and you may cancel for a full refund.

Warranty — Clever Supplies compatible cartridges are covered by our 1-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Genuine OEM cartridges carry the original manufacturer’s warranty, and returns of OEM products to us are limited to 30 days in all cases.
Limitation of liability — To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount paid for the product.
Governing law — These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
