Xpress M2021
The Xpress M2021 is the straightforward wired member of the entry mono family — print, copy, scan, fax, no wireless frills. Its MLT-D111S cartridge (~1,000 pages) combines toner and drum in a single replaceable unit, so maintenance is literally a one-step swap. Our compatible MLT-D111S cartridges make that swap cost a fraction of OEM.

Frequently Asked Questions
The Xpress M2021 came with a toner cartridge in the box. How soon will I need a replacement?
The in-box cartridge is a reduced-fill starter, so it empties noticeably sooner than a full retail MLT-D111S. On the Xpress M2021, a entry-level mono printer, the first replacement is when running costs normalize — the retail cartridge carries the full standard fill. If the starter seems to die quickly on dense documents, that is expected: starter yields assume light 5%-coverage pages.
Prints from my Xpress M2021 are coming out light gray instead of black. What is wrong?
Light prints on the Xpress M2021 are usually toner-save mode left on or a cartridge running low, not a broken printer. Turn off economy mode in the driver, then remove the MLT-D111S, rock it gently side to side to redistribute the remaining powder, and reseat it. If full-density prints are still gray afterward, the cartridge is genuinely spent — or, less commonly, the drum inside the all-in-one cartridge is worn.
Why does my MLT-D111S run out faster than its rated yield?
Rated yields assume 5% page coverage — a short letter. Dense documents, bold graphics and full-page prints can multiply real-world consumption on the Xpress M2021 several times over. Toner-save mode and draft printing for internal use bring actual yield closer to the rating. Measure by pages per cartridge rather than by weeks: heavy users simply burn through a standard-fill MLT-D111S faster.
