Frequently Asked Questions
Does the BizHub C368 use the same TN-324 as the C258 and C308?
Yes, the TN-324 CMYK family is common to the C258, C308, and C368. Fleet managers can standardize on one cartridge set for all three.
What is the most common toner mistake offices make with the C368?
Replacing the whole CMYK set when only one color is empty — it wastes three partially full cartridges. The C368 tracks each TN-324 independently, so swap only what is spent.
How do I keep the C368's color output consistent month to month?
Schedule regular auto-calibration and replace TN-324 cartridges before they are completely dry. Running a color cartridge to absolute empty is when banding and shifts appear.
