BizHub C20X
The BizHub C20X is the networked compact color printer of the C20 line — Ethernet-native for shared light color printing. Shared compact printers get more use than their size suggests, so the compatible TN-318 set (K/C/M/Y) is worth having from day one. Our cartridges fit the C20X.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does the BizHub C20X use the same TN-318 cartridges as the other C20 models?
Yes, the C20X shares the TN-318 CMYK set with the C20, C20P, and C20PX. One cartridge family covers the entire C20 line.
Why is my BizHub C20X asking for toner when prints still look fine?
The low-toner warning is deliberately early, so prints still look normal when it first appears. You have a comfortable window to order before quality actually degrades.
Can I print in grayscale on the BizHub C20X to save the color TN-318 cartridges?
Yes, selecting black-only or grayscale in the driver prints using just the TN-318K. It is the simplest way to preserve cyan, magenta, and yellow for jobs that truly need color.
