These toner cartridges arrived within two day packaged very well. I installed immediately and it worked great. My only comments are to pay for upgraded shipping if you are in a hurry or plan ahead. If you have not replaced a toner cartridges it would help to watch it done on You tube.

I print something hundred of paper everyday and to pay for the Dell toner cartridges get a little pricey. So after reading some of the other reviews on this toner cartridges decided to give it a try. And I'm glad I did!
