Frequently Asked Questions

What is in the box?

Two compatible 106R01374 high-yield black cartridges, each rated at up to 5,000 pages — 10,000 pages of printing in total for the Phaser 3250 line. The classic arrangement: one cartridge goes in the machine, the second waits on the shelf as your spare.

How does the two-pack math beat buying singles?

Singles cost $40.99 each, so two bought separately come to $81.98. This pack is $63.49 — a saving of $18.49, which works out to $31.75 per cartridge and about 0.63 cents per page instead of 0.82. Same cartridge, same 5,000-page rating; the discount is purely for taking two at once.

Why is two the right number for a single-printer office?

Because the cost of an empty printer is never the cartridge — it is the day of printing you lose waiting for a delivery. With a spare already on site, a swap takes two minutes and the reorder happens calmly, at pack prices, instead of as an emergency at single prices.

How should the second cartridge be stored?

Sealed in its box, in a cool spot away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Toner is a dry powder and does not dry out in storage, so the spare will still deliver its full rated yield when its turn comes — whether that is in two months or ten.

Which printers do these cartridges fit?

The full Phaser 3250 platform: the Phaser 3250, the Phaser 3250D and the Phaser 3250DN. All three take the 106R01374; the suffix letters describe duplexing and networking, not toner.

Are both cartridges covered the same way?

Yes — each one carries our one-year warranty with one-year free returns, detailed on the shipping and returns page. Orders leave warehouses in IL, PA, GA and CA, support answers Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST, and larger pack sizes for heavier use sit on our Xerox toner page.
