Frequently Asked Questions
The printer only holds one cartridge — why buy two at once?
Because the second one is your insurance against a dead printer at the worst moment. A 2-pack gives you 16,000 pages total: one cartridge working in the machine and one sealed on the shelf. When the first runs out mid-job, the swap takes two minutes and work continues — no emergency order, no overnight shipping fee, no stalled department waiting on a delivery.
How much do I actually save with the 2-pack?
Two single cartridges bought separately would cost $119.02. This 2-pack is $100.53, so you save $18.49 and the per-cartridge price drops from $59.51 to $50.27. Across the full 16,000 pages that brings your toner cost down noticeably per page, and the saving repeats every time you reorder the pair instead of singles.
Does this 2-pack fit my printer?
Both cartridges in this pack are made for Ricoh 3200 black-and-white printers. Match the model number on your machine to that name before ordering. If your office runs more than one Ricoh model, note that cartridges are not interchangeable between series — keep this pack with the 3200 it belongs to.
How should I store the spare cartridge?
Keep it sealed in its original packaging, stored flat in a cool, dry cabinet away from direct sunlight and heat vents. Stored that way, a toner cartridge keeps well for a long shelf life, so buying the second one ahead is not a gamble. When you install the spare, move your next reorder onto your list — that rotation keeps you permanently one cartridge ahead.
What happens if one cartridge in the pack is defective?
Each cartridge is covered individually by our 1-year warranty and 1-year free returns — a problem with one never affects the other. If either unit arrives damaged or prints with streaks or fading that cleaning does not cure, we replace it or refund it under the terms on our shipping and returns page.
Can I split this pack between two printers?
Yes — if your office runs two Ricoh 3200 machines, one cartridge can go into each. Just remember both printers will then be running without a shelf spare, so most offices with two machines either dedicate the pack as one working cartridge plus one backup, or step up to a larger pack size for shared coverage.
