Frequently Asked Questions

How would a B6300 office plan a year of toner around this 3-pack?

Start from volume. Three 52114502 cartridges hold about 54,000 rated pages, so a B6300 printing 4,500 pages a month is covered for roughly a year, and one printing 2,250 a month for about two years. This $214.36 pack is the size that turns toner into an annual line item instead of a recurring errand.

What does the per-cartridge price fall to in this pack?

About $71.45 per 52114502, against $83.78 for the cartridge on its own — a total saving of $36.98 across the three. Page by page, the pack works out near 0.40 cents against about 0.47 cents for singles.

Is it sensible to hold two unopened cartridges for that long?

Yes, as long as they stay sealed and stored sensibly — flat, dry, out of direct sunlight and away from heat. Toner does not spoil on the shelf the way liquid ink can; the second and third cartridges in this pack will print normally when rotated in.

Can the three cartridges be shared between a B6300 and a B6300dn?

They can. The 52114502 is the cartridge for both models, so a pack bought for one machine covers the other as well — useful in offices running the pair side by side.

Is this an original Oki product?

No, these are compatible 52114502 cartridges from Clever Supplies, not Oki-branded stock. They carry a one-year warranty and one-year free returns; the terms are on our shipping & returns page.

When should we reorder — what is a sensible trigger?

When the last cartridge of the pack goes into the printer. At that point you still have roughly 18,000 pages in hand, which gives a normal delivery cycle — orders ship from IL, PA, GA or CA — plenty of room to arrive before the shelf is empty.
