Frequently Asked Questions

"Premium Quality" at the same $235.74 as the standard GPR-36 set — is there a catch?

No catch, but no hidden upgrade either. This listing carries the same four part numbers — 3782B003AA black, 3783B003AA cyan, 3784B003AA magenta, 3785B003AA yellow — the same 19,000-page rating on every cartridge, the same price and the same warranty and returns terms as the standard GPR-36 set. The name on the listing differs; the specification does not, and the honest way to compare the two is to see that there is nothing to compare.

How do we forecast a year's toner for our ADVANCE C2030 from this set?

Start with your meter. Every cartridge in the set is rated 19,000 pages, so one set covers roughly 19,000 pages of machine life before the cycle turns over. A department running about 5,000 pages a month will work through a set in a little under four months — call it three sets a year, at $235.74 each, and the toner line in the annual budget is done. Your own coverage will move the real figure, but the equal ratings make the arithmetic unusually clean.

Why standardize on complete sets instead of ordering whichever single runs out?

Because singles ordering always happens at the worst moment — mid-job, against a deadline, with the machine idle. A set bought ahead puts all four slots under one purchase, one delivery and one known price. On this family the case is stronger than most: with every cartridge rated 19,000 pages, the four genuinely belong to the same cycle, so the set is not a bundle of unrelated parts.

Does fitting all four together actually steady the color output?

It steadies the starting point. Mixed-age cartridges are a common cause of color that slowly wanders, because each channel fades on its own schedule. Four fresh cartridges — black, cyan, magenta and yellow all beginning together — give the C2020-family machine a clean, even baseline, and any drift that appears afterward is far easier to trace.

What if our machine is replaced before the set is used up?

Then the unopened cartridges are the risk, and it is worth naming: this set fits the imageRUNNER C2020 and ADVANCE C2020, C2030 and C2225 family, and a move to a different model line strands whatever is left on the shelf. If a machine change is already planned, run the current stock down first and let the new machine start its own supply. Fitted cartridges, of course, simply work through their life in the machine they were bought for.

How do returns work if a cartridge disappoints?

Simply, and per cartridge: the set is backed by a 1-year warranty and 1-year free returns, set out in full on our shipping and returns page. You are not returning four cartridges because one misbehaves — you deal with the one at fault, and our support team is on hand Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST if you would rather talk first.
