Frequently Asked Questions
What does this genuine bundle contain?
Two of Brother's TN760 high-yield toner cartridges (up to 3,000 pages each) and one genuine DR730 drum unit (up to 12,000 pages) — an all-OEM restock for the platform: a fresh imaging surface with its first two cartridges of genuine toner already in the box.
Which printers does it serve?
The DCP-L2550DW, HL-L2350DW, HL-L2370DW XL, HL-L2370DW, HL-L2390DW, HL-L2395DW, MFC-L2710DW, MFC-L2750DW and MFC-L2750DWXL.
Why two toners beside the drum?
Because a worn drum is rarely discovered alongside a full toner. The cartridge that exposes drum wear is typically near its own end, and a working printer will ask for toner again within months. The bundle stocks the drum change and the following toner change in one genuine order — no second delivery, no gap where an off-policy substitute tempts anyone.
How much printing does the box represent?
6,000 pages of toner on a drum rated for twice that. When the second cartridge eventually empties, the drum still holds about half its life — two more TN760 cartridges will pass through it before the drum question returns. Planning in drum halves is a tidy habit this bundle makes natural.
What is the fitting sequence?
New drum and first new toner together: assembly out, spent parts set aside, toner clicked into the fresh drum, corona tab slid across, assembly home, both counters reset from the menu. The second toner stays sealed beside the printer as the built-in genuine spare.
Can the parts be divided between two printers?
Yes — drum to the machine that needs it, a toner to each, or any other split. Every part fits every model on the list, counters live in the machines, and nothing in the bundle registers parts to a printer. Fleets routinely treat genuine bundles as shared stock.
Will the spare toner keep?
Sealed, dry and shaded, yes — for the many months a 3,000-page first cartridge implies. Genuine toner is a dry powder in a sealed unit; there is no drying clock. Date the box at fitting time to keep the rotation obvious.
What warranty applies to the three parts?
The manufacturer warranty on each — Brother's cover for genuine supplies, which is the guarantee that operates on OEM products. The shipping & returns page carries the OEM terms and how we help with a claim.
What is the returns position?
OEM products carry a 30-day returns window in all cases — versus a full year on our compatible range. Verify the model fit before ordering, as with any genuine-supplies purchase; our team can confirm Monday to Friday, 9 AM–5 PM CST.
When is this bundle more than the situation needs?
When the drum still has most of its life — then genuine toners alone are the order of the day. The bundle is priced for the genuine overlap: drum due, toner low, and a policy that wants the replacements to be Brother's own.
