The drum unit cartridge came with easy to use instructions and there was a helpful followup email as well. I have not printed many pages yet but it seemed to work fine.

Cartridge seems to work just fine so far. Instructions were very handy because they show you how to reset the printer to get a little more life out of the cartridge.

This drum unit yield really good; however when I printed some items it smeared a little. I print books for my class and also create business cards. For the most part I would recommend this toner completely. I have purchased toners from tonerandinkjetstore

It works without any problems and has a good print quality. I had no issues with any of the things I printed all looked as good as the original drum that came with the printer. It's well packaged
