Bought this because it is a fraction of the cost of the OEM one. It shipped really fast and so far is working just as the original cartridge (Have been printing with it for a month). Will update this review if this leaks/loses clarity/destroys my printer.
Vendor stands behind their product!! Vendor advised a few steps to take which we did without success. They then sent us a replacement cartridge n/c as it was within their stated one year warranty. Will definitely continue to purchase from this vendor.
No problems. Prints great. I starting using it immediately. Shipped quickly . I needed right away so I just bought this one to give it a try. I now plan to buy the full pack of all the colors.
I was a little skeptical especially after I installed this toner in my HP Q3964A while it was on and it went into calibrating for about an hour and wouldn't print. Turned off the printer completely and back on though and now it is working fine. Would buy
I have ordered several brand compatible toner cartridges they always have leakage problem. This one is the best and no problem at all. I will stay on this supplier in the future.
