      The toner has given me crisp documents. My old cartridge had begun to leave a gray background. I ordered the drum also because I thought it might be my drum. As it turned out I only needed to replace the cartridge to solve the problem.

      I can't put a finger on it but it seems these are not as solid as original manufacturer equipment. They work but they just don't feel the same.
