I had no problems installing this and getting the printer to recognize the new cartridge. There was one print job that printed out very light about halfway through but since then it has been great. Can't beat the price.

We have used these in the past and we have had no issues. They work as well as the OEM HP cartridges at much less cost.

This product installed easy and is working perfectly. My printer goes idle for weeks at a time and fires right up and prints perfectly. I will buy again.
